How to use ZAC CREATIONS
- Login: Sign in with your email and password to open your creator workspace.
- Create video: Open Create Video, attach a TXT, MD, DOCX, or JSON script, or paste your scene content. Choose the visual source, voice, language, aspect ratio, music, and subtitles, then click Generate Video.
- Check credits: Image model generation uses 7 credits per minute; Video provider generation uses 15 credits per minute. Review the scene summary and estimated credit cost before starting.
- Manage projects: Go to Projects to view saved work and track project status.
- Buy credits: Open Credits & Packages and request 200, 500, or 1,000 credits. Select JazzCash or easyPaisa. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp after the request.
- Payment profile: Open Settings > Payment profile and save your wallet, account title/name, and payment mobile number before requesting credits.
- Track activity: Open Activity Logs to review Usage and Top-up entries, running balances, and Last 1 day, Last 3 days, or Last 7 days filters.
- Update account: Use Settings to update your account name, payment profile, theme, generation defaults, notifications, or password reset.
While creating
Use the progress bar and time estimates while rendering. You can cancel an active generation, then use Preview or Export Video when rendering finishes.
Need help?
Make sure your API keys are saved in Settings and your payment profile is complete. If a generation fails, review the message on the Create Video or Projects page, then contact support with the error details.
Admin dashboard
Manage users, account status, plans, balances, uploaded files, and requests. Use a negative balance adjustment to deduct credits.
Global creator settings
These safe defaults are applied to every signed-in user. API keys, tokens, and private provider URLs stay server-side.
